Hello my name is Billy Bob a journalist from Arizona! I love sharing new things and today we will be talking about the Immediate Emancipation. Immediate Emancipation means releasing slaves from bondage with out compensation of slave owners. That’s how it should be waiting to free someone from slavery over time could have a huge set back on there life and also my end it.

With a man named William Lloyd Garrison was one of the main people to end up fighting for Immediate Emancipation. In 1831 with Garrison fighting to immediately end slavery! With him not backing down for a single second and causing so much commotion Georgia state was offer a $5,000 reward to bringing him into trial. With Garrison walking house to house in 1829  delivery independent day oration. With him also going around letting people know slavery is a nation sin. With him getting threat from slave traders telling him to be moderate with his words. All off them hating that someone is actually telling the truth and not just letting this slide. With one of his quotes saying  “My pen cannot remain idle, nor my voice be suppressed, nor my heart cease to bleed, while two millions of my fellow beings wear the shackles of slavery in my own guilty country.”  Putting Garrison in a slump when they ended up sending him to jail.

With him getting out of jail and over the next few years still fighting and ended up organizing New England Anti-Slavery Society(1831-1837). One of mainly organization fight to abolition slavery right away. He rejected the union and the way they thought about stuff and politics and them also having slaves. At the end garrison did help abolition slavery through out the country but not fully. With him having slaves once but freeing them. I Billy Bob think we all need to agree to have immediate Emancipation

My name is Lewis B. Williams III, a teacher passionate, about educating children in subjects like reading, writing and math. It’s also a priority for me to see our community thrive. Today I want to emphasize my commitment to advocating for the freedom of individuals unjustly confined within our nations borders. This stance is rooted in enduring values such as liberty, fairness and human rights than pushing political agendas. I have evidence supporting this belief. Lets not overlook the wisdom passed down by our ancestors despite its decreased relevance in todays times.

It’s crucial to acknowledge that slavery contradicts the principles that shaped our nations foundation. Thomas Jefferson asserted in the Declaration of Independence (Jefferson, 1776) that “all men are created equal ” a sentiment directly opposing the perpetuation of slavery. Despite Jeffersons contradictions regarding slave ownership as it relates to his ideals these discussions remain critical, to our discussion.

Justifications used to uphold slavery are arguments that fail to align with reality despite their apparent factual basis.
Using forced labor may initially appear beneficial. In the term it hinders progress and hinders innovation by failing to consider lasting repercussions.

In his work “The Wealth of Nations ” Adam Smith advocates for the importance of allowing individuals to freely choose their occupations than coercing them into specific roles. The well being of enslaved individuals as the overall health of businesses are negatively impacted by this lack of Independence.

Opponents of emancipation often express concerns, about its impact on the economy. However this perspective overlooks the resilience and adaptability of our nation in navigating change. Our history demonstrates our ability to overcome challenges and transition towards a labor system that respects each individuals freedom. Emancipating slaves and integrating them into the workforce as paid employees is not merely an option; it is imperative for both our principles and economic development.

The ongoing conflict between abolitionists and proponents of slavery poses a threat, to our countrys unity. The persistence of slavery tarnishes our pride. Intensifies controversial debates. Embracing freedom can unite people by ensuring that our actions align with the principles of liberty and equality.

The immediate emancipation of slaves is not an illusion; it marks the stride, towards healing the scars inflicted by slavery on our community. Lets strive to liberate ourselves from constraints and support one another in our pursuit of liberty and justice for all. Much appreciated, and Thank You for listening.
